unknown error  2131042562 dvd starts to burn then this message comes up

  This error message usually means the problem with the DVD burner or the DVD disks. Please try a different brand of DVD disks.

  To ensure it is not a RealPlayer issue, please follow the instructions from the below link to reinstall RealPlayer.
