    i would not bother i purchased two weeks ago  and despite claims of downloads all it says is "Unable to download" Real Player are criminals

    We see you have an active RealPlayer Plus under your gmail address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:

    To the user who is unable to download videos,

    Can you please let us know the following information:

    1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
    2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

    Please provide us with the version number you see there.

    Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

    In addition, we don't see a purchase under your live.com address. If you have an alternate email address please let us know.

    I just purchased the Premium Real Player 20/20.

    Afterwards, I get a Plan list showing that I purchased the wrong Plan. My Plan or the 20/20 does not come with the Cloud. I need the Cloud.

    Tried to call customer service and their is not a live person with a voice. I have to send an email to get help and it takes up to 2 days to get an answer back. Sad. I need help today. Trying to use it today. I will be back to work in 2 days. Happy Holidays to all.
