Windows 10 64bit

Hello. Real player has been running very slow, with lots of freeze, i have tried a clean reinstall but no improvement. My version of Windows 10 is 64bit, but the downloaded version is 32bit, does this matter? Help and advice  would be welcome

  Even though our installer is 32bit, it is designed to work on 64bit PCs. We don't have a separate installer for 64bit PCs.

  That being said, does your RealPlayer run slow all the time or only when you do something specific? 

  Please follow the instructions from the below link (even though you reinstalled RealPlayer previously. These are slightly more advanced steps.)

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
