Video shows ability to down load Youtube vid but everytime I download it keep giving unable to download

  Firstly please make sure you have the updated Downloader by following these instructions.

  If you are using any VPN services, please disconnect from it and try again. 

  Please provide a sample URL of the video that is not downloading.

  I'm getting same message ...'realplayer cannot download videos from this page'..never had issues before why now?

  I have this issue as well!  I followed the instructions to update the downloader app without any success...
