We have a PC and a laptop (both have RealPlayer installed).  I have had to replace the laptop and want to know if I can install RealPlayer on the new one under the same cost as before?  The old laptop is not in use anymore.

Thank you

We see you have an active RealTimes Premium plan. You can install RealPlayer on 3 different computers at a time with your Premium plan. You can follow the instructions from the below link to install RealPlayer.

  https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047590914-Installing-RealPlayer-20-20

Once you have installed, you will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Premium features. Here are instructions to sign in:

Lastly, if you have any videos, music and photos stored in the old computer, you will need to manually transfer them over to the new computer so RealPlayer can add them to its library.
