Everything gets deleted from RealPlayer

Sometimes everything gets deleted from RealPlayer. I updated Windows this morning.

  If you did a fresh installation of Windows, you probably formatted your hard disk. If this is the case, all of your hard disk content is erased which would include your media files too. If you didn't format your hard disk, please follow these instructions to scan your hard disk.
