General Error when burning an AVCHD-DVD
When I try to burn an AVCHD-DVD, I get a General Error message. What does that mean?
"Device error" or "Invalid format":
These errors typically mean that there is not enough free space on your hard drive for the conversion and burn process. Please make sure that you have 9.4 GB of free hard drive space before trying to burn an AVCHD-DVD.
"Codecs required for this input file processing are not found":
This error means the file needs to be converted to a different format. Use RealPlayer's Converter to convert the file to WMV or MP4 format before burning to an AVCHD-DVD.
