Why does the application crash when I try to convert a file to the profile generated for my Creative Zen V Plus MP3 player?

If the Converter has recognized your device and generated a custom profile for it (the text "(Generated)" appears at the end of the name), but you're unable to convert using that profile, try selecting the "MP3 Audio Only" device or one of the other included profiles instead.

You will then need to manually copy the converted tracks to the device.
