Why can't I choose a higher resolution for downloading videos?

Some video hosting websites allow users to change the resolution to High Definition(1080p or 4K) when playing a video. If you change the resolution, you may not be able to download the video at that resolution because RealDownloader is designed only to download videos, and not to do so at any specific resolution.
