Why does my RealPlayer Mobile not connect to my PC? Seeing "Failed to connect to PC"

If your firewall has blocked any components of RealPlayer during the installation process, you may run into connectivity issues. In such events, you will notice RealPlayer Mobile will not be able to connect to your PC running RealPlayer. We have noticed certain firewall programs such as ESET Internet Security blocking certain components of RealPlayer during installation that can affect the ability to connect to the PC from RealPlayer Mobile app.

If you have such issues, please reinstall RealPlayer from www.real.com and ensure you "Allow" all components.
