    I'm having the same problem. Could it be RealPlayer?

    Most likely Pamela, I can login to other RealPlayer areas but not into the app so I can use the upgraded version that I paid $45 for.  Hope they resolve the problem soon.  I need app for Christmas Youth Group at my Church.  It's very sluggish and take a long time to react to changes (like stop or next video).

    Pamela & Lane,

    To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

    Please let us know if the issue persists.

    I have over installed three different times and I am still unable to sign-in and use upgrade features.  If this issue is not resolved soon I will have to request a refund.  Please help as I would really like to use this program.  It is also now very sluggish now and commands like pause video take too long to execute.
