    To resolve this issue, follow the solutions below. You can try signing in to your account after preforming each solution, you don't need to follow the successive solutions, if you get it resolved in the solution 1 itself.

    Solution 1: Reset your Internet Explorer settings.

    Solution 2: Reinstall Active Scripting

    1. Click Start.
    2. Type CMD into the Search box at the bottom of the Start Menu and press the Enter key.
    3. Right-click on CMD from the program list and select "Run As Administrator".
    4. A black console window will appear. Please enter regsvr32 jscript.dll and press the Enter key.
    5. You'll see a message that says "RegisterServerDLL jscript.dll has succeeded". Click OK on this message.
    6. Restart your computer to finish this process.

    Solution 3: Uninstall and reinstall

    Perform a complete uninstall and reinstall of RealTimes. To do so, follow the steps in this article:

    Note: Make sure you delete the RealPlayer folders as mentioned in the article, before reinstalling RealPlayer.

    Re above post. Thank you for the advice.  I was able to resolve the issue by completing the uninstall process, and then re-installing. Everything now appears to be working well.  Thanks again.
