When I click on the RealPlayer icon, nothing happens

running  real player 16 I did install 18 video button does not work also installs cloud do not wish to use or have cloud went back to 16 do not like 18

If Solution 1 doesn't work, then try Solutions 2 or 3:

none worked uninstalled and cleared folder in regedit still does not work what next
