I get an error message stating "unable to download" can anyone assist?When I called 800 number they wanted

  First, please make sure you have the latest RealPlayer version installed - you can download it at: http://www.real.com/

  Once done, try downloading videos again. If the issue persists, please see: "Unable to download" error when downloading videos

  I cant down load any videos !!!!!!

  Please try the solutions from the Official response above. If these don't help, please describe exactly what happens when you try to download and include any error messages that you may receive. It can also be helpful to include what your computer's operating system is and what web browser you're using. The more specific you are, the better I will be able to assist you.
