  To install RealPlayer Plus, you first need to download the basic player and then just sign in to install the Plus components:

  1. Visit http://www.real.com/to  download the free player.

  2. Once the installation is complete, sign in as an existing user - see: Signing in to RealPlayer

  When you've activated Plus you'll see a star in the top right corner of the player next to your email address.

  If the issue persists, please describe exactly what happens when you try to install RealPlayer, so we can assist you further.
