Realplayer won't download videos

Ever since windows 10 upgraded to windows creator I can only download the first few minute's of a video and then it stops and says download is complete.

It also stops repeatedly and I have to hit resume.

  I still and will always use windows 7.   I have several times PAID more money for upgrades but not since 2000.   The dam thing won't download.  do I have to PAY for it AGAIN ???   Is there a way to "Contact" Real Player any longer ??    Thanks, SG.

  You can always download the latest version of RealPlayer from www.real.com. While you can continue to use the free version of RealPlayer, you will have to purchase RealPlayer Plus to use any paid features. 

  RealPlayer is compatible with Windows 7 but as Microsoft has stopped supporting Windows 7, we will not be able to help if your operating system is blocking RealPlayer from being installed. If you purchased RealPlayer in 2000, we are 23 years past that. That purchase is certainly not valid moreover, we don't see any account under your email address.
