Why does RealPlayer 11 gold not use K-Lite codec pack ?

My PC is very old Windows XP.  I installed RealPlayer 11 Gold in it.  I am able to add FLV video files in to its library.  But RealPlayer 11 Gold won't play FLV video files.  Real Tech support told me to download K-Lite codec pack.  I did it.   And I re-started my Windows XP PC.  I can use K-Lite codec pack player to play FLV video file individually in my very old Windows XP PC.  K-Lite codec pack player is very simple player,  however it plays FLV files individually.  But RealPlayer 11 Gold still does not play FLV files, it seems it does not use K-Lite codec pack.  Why does RealPlayer 11 gold  not use K-Lite codec pack?  IS there any one who can tell me how to make RealPlayer 11 Gold using  K-Lite codec pack?  So that RealPlayer 11 Gold can play FLV video files.  Thanks.

  As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products. We are no longer making any updates to RealPlayer Cloud, RealPlayer 16, or prior versions, so some features such as Download This Video, converter, burn DVD may not work on these versions.

  Product development has stopped, and no updates or security patches will be released for these product versions. Many problems you might have using these older products can be resolved by upgrading to a current version, as long as your computer meets the current version's system requirements.
