DVD RW burned successfully; does not replay

Today I burnt a DVD - RW  from my Real Player library, for the first time, and waited until I received a message that it had been burnt successfully. I ejected the DVD RW from the drive, and inserted it again. The drive would not playback  the DVD RW. I tried to play it back on Real Player, but upon insertion of the DVD, Real Player prompted me to insert the disc. I have read through the articles and do not find a similar situation. I am using Windows 10, most recent version, and Real Player, most recent version. I have checked that my settings are in accord with the  "playback" tutorial. Please advise

  I also experienced the same issue, no option to play the content.

  Did the DVD burn successfully? Can you open the DVD drive in a folder and see if there are folders within?
