a general error has occured - the paramater is incorect

this post is a follow up to the last post I had on this same subject.  When I burn a DVD from a converted file a .avi to a mp4 file. I get  the general error has occurred - the parameter is incorrect. The dvd plays on my player so I am not sure if the dvd is good or will play on other players.  I played the clip and it played to the end I installed K-lite codec pack, and uninstalled and reinstalled the system. should I just live with this error or can it be corrected

  I just finished burning a mp4 video file onto a blank DVD. I got a error message as followed: A general error has occurred. The parameter is incorrect. I checked the DVD that I just burned and it was working ok. Why do I get that error message and how to I get rid of it?

  Our engineering team is looking into it. We don't have an exact reason why this happens but the good thing is that the DVD burns successfully and is playable. Sorry for the inconvenience.
