My Realplayer plus 16 will not play Flash video

I have Realplayer plus 16 installed and I'm getting BEX problem error when I try to play Flash Video. I recently had to reload my 32bit Win Vista and since reinstalling Realplayer I have not been able to play Flash Video. It was playing before and now will not play. I have done all updates.

  To resolve this issue, try uninstalling and re-installing of Adobe Flash Player.
