unable to sign in to real cloud down loader
i am unable to sign into the real player down loader to get my music and videos before they are gone. i did what it said by deleting the cookies for real player twice and still it is telling me that the info is wrong. i tried to reset password it wont send an email to me, i tried again still same error message. i signed out of my cloud player then signed in to be sure i was putting the right password in and i am so what gives? why cant i get my music and videos? i have the free account but i dont see how that should matter seeing as i have had it for years way before it became popular. if i loose all the media that i have i will not be happy, so ill see if you guys care or not if i dont get a response and it all gets deleted.

Can you please open Internet Explorer on your PC and delete temporary files and cookies? Here are the instructions:
- Click the Tools menu, then choose Internet Options.
- In the General tab, click the Delete button.
- Check Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.
- Uncheck Preserve favorite website data.
- Click Delete.
- After completing these steps, restart your computer and then try signing in to the downloader tool again.Alternatively, you can login in to https://realtimes.real.com/account and then download the videos to your computer.
