Hello,
I'm new to this Real Times and Real Player, and have come a crossed some issues that I have not idea how to fix.
I'm a paid subscriber with Premium version, each time I try to do a transfer to me cell you ask me to sign in, OK, I signed in and nothing en fact the option to create a account, or skip this request nothing happens after entering my email and password.
Is the password meant to be different for real times and real player ? I have tried both and still unable to sign in.
HELP, IF IM NOT ABLE TO GET THIS WORKING CORRECTLY I WILL HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO CANCEL AND REQUEST A REFUND WHICH I DO NOT WANT TO DO.

1- Please reset your password as described here: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040683-Forgot-my-password
2- Sign out from all devices and sign in with the new password.
3- The password is the same for RealPlayer and RealTimes

thanks, the steps helped. i just resetted my password. LOL I don't even know if the word "resetted" exists.
