I forgot my password--can you send it to me?
If you forget your password, RealNetworks can send a link to your email address automatically so you can reset your password and log on:
1. If you are using RealPlayer 18 (RealTimes), RealPlayer 20/20 or RealPlayer Cloud, visit https://forgot.real.com/realplayer
Previous versions: We are no longer able to support password reset or new account creation for RealPlayer 16 and prior versions (both free and Plus).
2. Enter your email address and click Reset Password.
3. You'll receive an email almost immediately with a link you can click to reset your password. If you have purchased RealPlayer Plus or subscribed to a RealNetworks service, you may be asked to provide the last 4 digits of the credit card you used, before entering your new password.
If you don't see the email from RealNetworks within a few minutes, check your spam or junk mail folder in case your email program filed the message there (make sure you allow emails from email@example.com). If you still can't find an email from us--or if you no longer have access to the email address you used to sign up for your account--please contact us.
