I downloaded Real Player-Real Times and now Gracenote won't identify CD's that I want to save on my computer.

  I posted the same problem yesterday and still waiting for an answer. Every CD I have fails to show info. But Windows Media Player does show the info. This was not a problem with Realplayer until yesterday for me

  For a RealPlayer Plus customers, we will be releasing a fix soon and will send you an email to let you know when the issue is resolved. In the meantime, you can use the Cleaner function to import the data. To learn how to repair missing song information, click here.
