Can't download

I can't download videos from YouTube using Microsoft Edge. I have the latest version of Windows 10. I either cant download a video or don't get the download tab from the top of the web page.

  • Did you receive an error message? What does it say?
  • Is this happening to all videos, on all sites or just with a particular one? If the problem is with a particular video, please include the URL from which you're trying to download.
  • What version of RealTimes or RealPlayer is installed? (See https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204039513)
  • What is the operating system of your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)?
  • Do you have any security software installed (Norton, McAfee, AVG, etc.)?

  I installed latest version of Realplayer 3/16/2017 installed all updates but the video download drop down  is missing from my Google Chrome browser. it is like completely gone aka not there non existing
