 I am trying to upgrade to the next level.. $9.95 or unlimited.. But I can not get to it. What's up?

  We don't offer Unlimited anymore. Our only subscription at this time is RealTimes Premium which offers 25GB of Cloud space that is $4.99/month or $49.99/year.
