realplayer will not complete a dvd or video cd burn
realplayer freezes half way when recording files for burn. I can burn audio cds or mp3 with no problem but dvd or video cd no success. this has been real frustrating. I have uninstall and reinstall realplayer several times and problem still not fix. I took my lab top to my technician they could not fix it. It is a realplayer issue which can only be fix by realplayer tech support the tech said. I am using window 8.1 since I upgraded my real player I have nothing but problems..
