I downloaded the Real Player Plus today (November 22, 2017) because it was advertised that I would be able to play DVDs on my PC. Unfortunately it does not work. I have sound but there is not a picture associated with the movie. I paid $39.99 for a product that does not work.  Please let me know what I need to do to receive a refund.
