I can't download RealPLayer plus

my antivirus stops realplayer downloading to my machine. when I allow it through the antivirus it doesn't download. I have had this running on my PC for years

  Each antivirus software behaves differently. We have tested our product with most antivirus products available in the market and RealPlayer installs with most antivirus products.

  As I am not aware what antivirus software is installed on your computer, the best option is to turn off your antivirus completely for 15-20 minutes until RealPlayer is downloaded.
