Moving Titles In Album Song Lists

I had a title list get jumbled in one of my albums. I tried to move the titles to the order that I wanted. When I clicked on a title and moved the cursor a circle with a line through it came up and the title didn't move. When I tried the option to move up or down in the list it was grayed out. I have the latest version. I looked over all the menus to see if there is an option to lock the list order and couldn't find one.
