keep getting error notice unknown error: 2130932483

I've uninstalled/reinstalled Realplayer but am consistently getting this after about 30 or so minutes into a burn attempt: Unknown error: 2130932483.  What is going on? i was able to burn one disk and have not been able to burn anymore due to this annoying message!!??!

  Lorna,

  1 - This could be caused due to a bad disc or set of discs. Changing the disc should eliminate the problem.

  2 - If the issue persists, please follow these instructions: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040813 3 -

  If the issue still persists, please provide the following information:

  What Operating System is installed on your computer (Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10)?

  What version of RealPlayer is installed on your PC?

  What steps do you follow and when does the program crash?

  What is the format of the files you are trying to burn? (To learn how to check it, open your RealPlayerLibrary, right-click on the file/s in question, select the ''Details'' option from the drop-down menu and the format of the file will be displayed in the new pop-up window.)

  THE SAME ISSUE i HAVE SAME ERROR CODE. WHAT IS  THE SOLUTION i HAVE BURNED HUNDREDS OF DVD. THIS IS A NEW PROBLEM FOR ME. ww64027@gmail.com    (musicmaniam)

  Have you tried with a different set of DVDs. Also please let us know if you followed the instructions from the above mentioned steps.
