Real player won't install

I updated the real player but it stopped working, so I uninstalled it and now I have been trying to install it again for the past few hours! And it says its installed but when I click 'start realplayer' nothing happens! And the only thing installed is 'datacache' folder

  To resolve installation issues, please try these steps: Installation fails or freezes

  If the issue persists, try also: "Something has gone wrong while running msiexec"

  your SO CALLED solution is useless !!! please provide a working resolution to the problem !!! I can watch replayer folder fill with the needed files  until installation gets to 86 % then the program uninstalls itself and all the installation file disappear from the repalyer folder ! SO GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER AND FIX THE PROBLEM OR REFUND MY MONEY SO I CAN PURCHASE A  PROGRAME THAT WORKS FROM A REPUTIBLE COMPANY . uxxxxxxxxxxx@yahoo.com I expect immediate resolution the this issue !!!
