Problems with Real Down loader

All of a sudden I am getting the following error when I try to run realdownloader.

Error Severity 3 Error code -2147467259  Could not create actor-guid not found

Http://ns.real.com/gemini.v1:recordingmgrwinactor.

I ram Malware bytes, and found problems. I cleaned the machine, then ran Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth    I also ran sfc /scannow I ran several other

system restore tools, to no avail. I have removed realplayer, and reinstalled it several times with no effect.

  To resolve this issue, please follow the steps from: 

  RealDownloader crashes when downloading videos

  If the issue persists, please reinstall RealPlayer as explained here: Uninstall and reinstall RealPlayer on Windows

  Please let me know when you have found a solution to Error Severity 3 Error code -2147467259 

  Strangely it only happens with certain sources, for example trying to download programms of the .the Welsh television S4C http://www.s4c.cymru/clic/e_category.shtml?id=99     There, the Download sign appeared shortly and the came the error warning.

  Download works for example with Youtube

  1. Send us some URLs (links) of the videos that cause the error message
  2. What Windows version are you using? (Windows 7, 8, 8.1. or 10?)
  3. What browser version are you using when downloading? Here's how to tell: Find browser version
  4. Go to the following location on your PC and let us know if the you can find the files listed below: C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealDownloader
  
  - cpprest140_2_8.dll;
  - downloader2.exe;
  - recordingmanager.exe.
