When I try to download a video with RealTimes, the RealDownloader window crashes. How can I fix this?

1. Open RealTimes Downloader (or RealDownloader) from Windows Start > All Programs > RealNetworks.
2. Click the logo that appears in the upper left corner.
3. Go to Preferences.

4. Make sure the field next to "Save local files to" is not empty. If it is empty, click Browse and select Videos under Libraries.
