    A) To resolve your DVD burning issue, please follow the instructions from the link below:

    B) If the issue persists, use RealTimes Converter on your PC to convert the file you want to burn to mp4 or wmv format. Try to burn the converted file.

    That's exactly what has happened to me. No trouble burning on Windows 7 but now I'm on Windows 10 and cannot burn to DVD'S. What do I do? I have Premium RealPlayer and have followed most of your instructions you have in your sight with no results. Now, what do I do. ? I am a paying customer and have been for several years, I would appreciate some help. By the way , I am a senior.
