Downloading an older version of Real Player
I am still using a version of Windows older than Windows 7, so I can’t use the current version of Real Player that is offered on the main site of Real.
In the FAQ
there is a link to older versions of RealPlayer
but if I click it I get a "Sie sind nicht zum Zugriff auf diese Seite berechtigt", something like "you have no access rights for that page".
So - how do I get to a download of an older version of Real Player that does not need Windows 7 to work on the pages of Real.com?

Hello,
Unfortunately, previous RealPlayer versions and they are no longer available for download.
We always recommend using the latest version of RealPlayer - RealPlayer 18/RealTimes, as it is continuously being updated and it's compatible with the current operating systems. This is the only version available for download on our website: http://www.real.com/.
Unfortunately, the latest version of RealPlayer is not compatible with Windows XP and Windows Vista. RealPlayer 18/RealTimes is compatible with Windows 7 and higher (8 and 10). As a workaround, you could upgrade your Operating System.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. -
If previous versions of Real Player are no longer available is then the text in the FAQ and the link to the former versions just a cruel joke?
Of course you do recommend using the latest version of Real Player. But as you were aware before, there are people who need the older versions because they don’t meet the system requirements. That probably was the reason that in the FAQ there was a link to them...
Upgrading the operating system for just one program is not a simple workaround but a major and unnecessary effort.
Please, make the older versions available for download again, as you did before. If need be with warnings that you advice to use the newest version.
If not, then at least take action and change the FAQ text and link so that people don’t see you offereing the older versions just to lure them to a site they don’t get access to.

Of course you can't reinstall the older version. It actually WORKED!!!
This new thing simply DOES NOT WORK!!! Sites that never gave me problems before will not download or tell me there is no video there when I'M LOOKING AT THE F**KING THING!!!
You people need to pull your heads out of your collective ass BEFORE you shove these "upgrades" down our throats.
STOP FIXING WHAT WORKS!!!!!!!!
