REALDOWNLOADER CRASHES ON STARUP

when I start realdownlaoder in windows 10 it crashes. I get the windows typical blue circle that is endless. There is no possibility of clicking on anything on realdownlaoder. I have uninstalled, done disk clean, rebooted and re-installed it. Does not work. Same issues every time. This is not free software and windows 10 had been around long enough for you to fix it.

  My realdownloader starts up fine. I pick two or three videos from Youtube and it starts doenloading them. I get the message that downloader has crashed but the downloads continue to download fine. Once the downloads have completed, sometimes up to five, I can no longer download any. The message is still there. I then close doownloader  and restart it. It does the same theing.

   

  I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it with the same results.
