Burn DVD
wen I'm already to burn my dvd it says - video system error
real player burn system not initialized no compatible device
found or system error has occurred.
I delete real player plus about 10 times and re-downloaded again and again allways the same dam thing cannot burn videos its very very frustrating wen you pay for something and it does not work

wen I got real player for the first time about 10 years ago it was fantastic to download and burn cds or dvds music and videos but since last years everything went kaput wy ??????? yes I paid for premium plus but still not working to burn videos ok for cds music but videos no dam way
its very frustrating am looking on internet for a good loyal dvd burner that anytime you want to burn a dvd video theres no problem I don't care how much it cost that's not a problem

To resolve this issue, sign out from your software and sign back in. To do so, follow the steps below:
1. Open RealTimes software
2. Click on RealPlayer Logo> select Sign out
3. Then, click on RealPlayer Logo, select Sign in and sign in to your account
4. Once you signed in, click on Library tab, select Burn at the left
5. Select Video Disc Burner, it will automatically install the componentsIf this doesn't help, I would recommend you follow the link below.

When I try to burn DVD I get a General Error message: Unknown file type

This can happen if you are trying to burn a file format that is not compatible with RealPlayer. You can always convert the video file into MP4 using RealConverter and then burn the DVD.
