Does not recognize manifest.mpd

I find, contrary to what the net says, Real does not recognize nor download nor play dash files or the manifest.mpd files. Strangely, there are no articles about this subject here. I have about 30 files that I needed to download, but... its useless now. Uninstalling.

  RealPlayer is not compatible with these formats.
