Dowoladed video only plays in clips

I have downloaded the premium version of Real Player and I've downloaded a 9 minute clip from the Internet but it only pays the clip in approx. 9 sec clips rather than one continuous video clip. Can this be rectified?

  It is possible the video didn't download properly. Please try to download the video again.
