I installed it today and am experiencing the same problem. At first I could open and watch some videos in my libraty but the image was far worse than before. Then, after a while videos ceased opening, and I got the same msg as you, followed by the player closing. This inability to open videos continued, so I then reinstalled the software, but after that installation, the problem continued just as before. I do hope the folks at Real Networks read this and will look into the matter! (I have no solution to report to you. I hope it's taken care of soon. BTW, is there a phone number to speak to a tech person? (I couldn't find one.)

    All the best,

    Howard

I have similar problem. Just today, every time I double click on an flv file in my library of Realtime Downloads, I get the message:

There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive E:

No matter what I do after that, RealPlayer quits and I get message that windows is looking for the problem.

I've tried updating RealPlayer, and have also tried uninstalling twice - once not including libraries and once including libraries. After a re-installation, the problem is the same as before.
