Upgrade to Real Player doesn't work
I just paid $39 for the upgrade because your free version would not burn a DVD. Now it says it can't find the .exe file

when i try to play dvd in realplayer plus there is no picture .it is all bits and pieces.i made mistake to pay for realplayer plus, it does not work very bad

Just got coned by realplayer upgraded to realplayer 24 plus payment taken but they didn't upgrade my PC shame on you Realplayer

Real Player download oder Update nicht mehr möglich? Beim Realdownload wurde Malware gefunden und wird von Bitdefender blockiert, somit ist ein Update oder eine Neuinstallation nicht mehr möglich.

You can install RealPlayer 22 by clicking this link.

Once you have installed RealPlayer 22, you will need to sign into it to activate your Downloader Express features.

We have already asked BitDefender to whitelist the specific file.
In the meanwhile, here is a workaround to install RealPlayer.
- Download RealPlayer installer from www.real.com
- Run the downloaded installer.
- When you see "Welcome to RealPlayer" dialogue, click X or Cancel to exit.
- You will be prompted to click Alternate Installer. Click that.
- This will download the full installer of RealPlayer. Double clicking that will bypass the error message and install RealPlayer.
