    When trying to play  a recorded video get message,"Real Player has stopped working and Windows will look in to it" problem not yet resolved after 7 days./have downloaded programme again but without success ? Any help would be appreciated

    Thank you for contacting RealNetworks Support regarding the inability to play videos because RealPlayer stopped working.

    As you know, this issue was related to a recent Windows 10 update.

    We're happy to let you know that Microsoft announced a new update on March 20 (KB4015438) that corrects this issue. This update can be downloaded and installed from Windows Update. For more information, visit:
