RealPlayer Downloader

My Real Player Downloader has stopped working.  It will down load only a few kilo bytes at a time.  It has been working fine but suddenly quit working.  I am running a Mac with OS 10.12.3 Sierra.  RealPlayer version 12.     My email address is marcus@brazielnuts.net

  As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it is not possible to continue supporting legacy and historic products, including RealPlayer Sp for MAC. No email or phone support is available for these products. Product development has stopped, and no updates or security patches will be released for these product versions.
