.ram files "not found" though present

When I try to play .ram files of Prairie Home Companion, I get the message "Not Found" and a message like this:
rtsp://mprrm.publicradio.org/5559/phc/2009/01/17_phc.rm?start=00:00:06:41.0&end=00:00:10:30.0

they always played before. What am I doing wrong?

  I had already found the article about playing .ram files on smartphones.  However, the problem is on my Windows 7 computer, which has always been able to play .ram files in the past.

  When I click on Listen (RealAudio), it downloads the following file:

  09_phc.ram

  but when I open it, I get "not found" and rtsp://mprrm.publicradio.org/5559/phc/2010/01/09_phc.rm?start=00:00:07:15.0&end=00:00:11:03.0

  I tried turning off my McAfee antivirus firewall before clicking the link, but it didn't change what happened.

  When we tried to access the link, we got the same message. This happens if there is a problem with the link or if it is removed. We request you to contact the website regarding this.
