When downloading files into RealPlayer a tickbox at the bottom of the screen offers the opportunity to 'delete original files'. In fact, what does this mean?

Having downloaded video clips into my RP library, I cannot find them in my computer. What am I doing wrong?

    Richard,

When you download a video from a website using RealDownloader, you have the option to convert that downloaded video to RMHD format. When you download a video, it usually downloads as a MP4 format. If you choose to convert your videos to RMHD format, it will convert the downloaded MP4 video to RMHD. The message "Delete Original" means that once the MP4 converts to RMHD format, you have the option to delete the original which in this case will be the MP4 file.

By default, RealPlayer will look for any files stored in the following folders:

    1. Videos folder

    2. Pictures folder

    3. Music folder

    4. Download folder

So if your downloaded videos are stored in any of these locations, RealPlayer will automatically scan and add them to its library. To view these files, please follow these steps:

    1. Open RealPlayer.

    2. Click Library tab and under Videos, you will see your downloaded videos.
