MAJOR PROBLEM WITH KINDLE 5th GEN. PLEASE HELP!!!

The app works fine. My only problem is that it crashes on my children's kindle fire 5 midway through videos. They stream videos from a local computer (with real times open) in our home because it's free unlimited storage as long as they are at home using their tablets. When they are in the middle of watching a movie, the video freezes, and when you try to exit the app and reopen it, you only get a black screen. The only way I can get the app back running is by completely restarting the tablet. This problem really needs to be fixed.

  when i said it works fine, I mean it does exactly what i need it to do. But videos only play for about 10 minutes before the app freezes and a reboot is needed. maybe the next update can solve this issue.

  To resolve this issue, try removing and re-adding RealTimes to Kindle and then give a try.
