Trouble downloading videos

   Where is a direct e-mail like to support for a problem with real player working in Edge . I can go to the same web page and video in Internet Explorer and download a video but with Edge it will some times see a video and sometimes not. If I have to log into the page it will not work. So for downloading a video on Face Book or any other site that has a password forget it. It will not work. I have updated and installed all of the updates for Real Player and Windows 10. Is there a fix coming and if so when?
