realplayer closing

When I try to burn more than 1 video a windows 10 error pops up saying that there is problem and windows 10 will close reaplayer. This does not happen when burning 1 video at a time. If you can't fix this then can I get a refund. If I can't bun videos then real player and real times are completely useless
