Videos won't play
I have a new Dell laptop with Windows 10. My previous laptop was Windows 7 and we copied everything over (including Real Player) to the new one, and now nothing will play. I did not have a problem with my old laptop. I have downloaded the newest Real Player software and checked (and ran) any updates it found and still not fixed.....help!

Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback. You can install it from the link below:

After installing the codec, restart your computer and try playing the videos again.

I did what you said below and it found 10 drivers that need updating, but I'm supposed to pay for it?? Real Player is free....so it won't work with Windows 10 unless I pay to fix it? I guess I have to find a different media player....:(

Sorry for the confusion. You don't need to pay any extra charge while you installing the K-Lite codec pack.
While installing the K-Lite if you get any pop up to update drivers or any other third party software, please ignore and continue with the installation.

Ok I downloaded Mirror 1? Was that correct? There are 6 mirrors? I don't know which to pick. Anyways the Mirror 1 fix didn't work. I still can't play/hear the videos.
